Thank you for your interest in partnering with the JRI Trans team. Our goal is to keep our drivers moving everyday so you don’t have to look anywhere else for work. In order to provide exceptional customer service to our customers we do have below expectations to be met in order to move freight with us:
We ask you to follow through with the service in which we have agreed upon sending a work order.
We expect an ETA to be provided either through phone or email prior to arriving at destination.
The BOL in which is provided by us is signed by consignee, and POD is forwarded to our team upon completion of delivery.
The following current documents are required:
we are able to provide factoring for you, paying via ACH in NET30 or we have a quickpay option for those drivers who do not have a NOA with a factoring company. Quickpay option is 4% of invoice total and POD and invoice must be received before 2PM before processing that business day.
Unlike every other broker through out the US, JRI is solely focused on building one market at a time, maximizing volume in each market served, keep our drivers busy everyday without having to outsource is our top priority. With the amount of volume we handle allows us to set drivers up with desirable runs in which allows you to get home at night. If you prefer longer distance hauls, we have those lanes for you as well.
